This is a massive challenge cycling 178 miles in 1 day, I have been training for this challenge for 8 months with the help of Terry Brackett,

It wasn't till January that the full extent of the challenge hit me and the amount of training that is involved, its been really difficult all my spare time has gone into my training when you was getting into the big miles that's was taking a full day on my days off

Towards the end I was racking up over 200 miles a week training

Since end of November I've done over 3.5000 miles training miles

I will have an amazing support team on the day, Terry bracket( Oxford bus company) who will be riding the last 60 miles with me along with Justin Temple (brother) & Michael stopp (Thames travel) who will be following me with spare bike bits and food and encouraging words.

And would like to say a very special Thank you to Oxford bus company for there ongoing support in my challenge's.

So please donate if you can to help this incredible place care for more people
