I’m taking on HYROX this October, and I’m using the challenge to raise money for Pieta.

Pieta is a free Irish charity that provides professional one-to-one crisis therapy for people experiencing suicidal thoughts, those engaging in self-harm, and people who have been bereaved by suicide. They also operate a free 24/7 crisis helpline (1800 247 247) and text support service (Text HELP to 51444), ensuring that anyone in crisis can access support whenever they need it.

Over 85% of Pieta’s funding comes from donations, meaning every contribution genuinely helps them continue providing these life-saving services free of charge.
