This October I am taking part in a fundraising event called 'The Italian Job' with my Dad. We will set off from Northumberland & join approximately 60 other Minis' & other classic cars from the movie in a 2 week navigational challenge, driving over 3500 miles through the UK, France and Italy. Once in Italy we will be set daily driving challenges.

The Italian Job event is fully paid for by the participants. 85%* of the money we raise will go directly to the Buttle UK charity, supporting children & the money I raise will be used to help children in the North East.

Buttle UK help children and young people who face financial hardship combined with crisis or challenging social issues. from buying beds for children who don't have one to sleep on, to providing grants for essential items most people would take for grated. They are a small organisation who benefit from a legacy, which covers all of their administration costs, meaning 100% of the donations go to help children & families in crisis.

We aim to give children in crisis a chance to get a better start in life. How you start your life, hopefully, defines the rest of it and I want to help other young people have a good start in life.

We hope to raise money through personal donations as well as advertising sponsorship on the Mini and attending local car meetings to share the word about Buttle UK.
