On 7th June 2025, a team from MMD Construction will take on the ultimate physical and mental challenge, HELL & BACK at Kilruddery Estate — Ireland’s toughest mental and physical endurance race. This is more than just mud, obstacles, and grit. It is a symbolic effort by our team to show solidarity with the thousands of construction workers and families who face silent struggles every day. By putting ourselves to the test, we hope to raise awareness and much-needed funds for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, a lifeline for many in our industry. Your support will help provide critical mental health services, emergency assistance, and guidance to those who need it most.
