7 ultmarathons, 7 Continents, 7 Weeks – Running for Welsh Air Ambulance!

Why Am I Doing This?

I want to push my limits and explore the world while making a difference. Running 7 ultmarathons on 7 continents in 7 weeks combines my love for endurance and adventure with supporting a great cause.

The Cause

I’m raising money for Welsh Air Ambulance, a charity that provides emergency medical care across Wales. Their helicopters and crews save lives every day, reaching people when every second counts. Every donation helps keep them flying and providing critical care where it’s needed most.

This challenge is entirely self-funded, meaning 100% of donations go directly to Welsh Air Ambulance to support their vital work.

The ultmarathons will take place in the following locations, in this order:

Rothera (Antarctica), Patagonia (South America), New York (North America), Casablanca (Africa), Singapore (Asia), Sydney (Australia), Tenby (Europe)

We reached our first goal of £1,000 in under 24 hours! Absolutely incredible! And our second goal of £2000 in just over a week! We reached £4000 after the first ultramarathon in Antarctica. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, and supported so far. Your generosity has been overwhelming, so I’m now raising the target to £7000 to make an even bigger impact. Thank you!
