I'm beyond privileged and proud to be running 2024 miles in 2024 for the Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity.

This will without doubt be one of my toughest physical and mental challenges I take on having taken up running in 2015. Running 2024 miles in 2024 will be a massive challenge, but a challenge that will inspire me and to help make a small difference to kids and their families through the money raised.

While I don't have any personal connections to the hospital or charity, I have had the privilege of working alongside staff at the hospital in the past and I know how incredibly hard-working they are in wanting to help some of the sickest/most poorly children in the UK.

The money I hopefully am able to raise will enable the charity to take more innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Donations will also help the hospital find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.

Birmingham Children's Hospital is one of the leading, specialist paediatric centre, delivering some of the most advanced treatments, complex surgical procedures and cutting-edge research to over 100,000 children and young people from across the UK and beyond.
