Story
On 1 August I’ll be cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats — the length of Great Britain — completely unsupported and carrying all my own gear.
Around 1,000 miles and 10 days, I’ll be riding 90–100 miles a day and camping each night along the route.
I’m taking on this challenge to raise money for CAFOD, whose work supports vulnerable communities around the world facing poverty, conflict and climate hardship.
This ride will be physically demanding and mentally challenging — especially riding long distances day after day and camping alone in the wild — but it’s nothing compared to the daily realities many communities supported by CAFOD face.
If you’re able to support, every donation makes a real difference.
£10 could fund essential supplies
£25 could support community projects
£50+ can help transform lives
Thank you so much for your support — it will carry me all the way from Land’s End to John O’Groats.
