We provide a wide range of care services to help children & adults with disabilities

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Strode Park Foundation, established 1946, is an independent voluntary organisation working to provide high quality services to meet the changing and individual needs of children and adults with disabilities.

Strode Park provide vital care, support services, care at home and supported living opportunities for children and adults with a range of disabilities.

They are a very friendly, family-centred charity with homes in Herne, Canterbury, Faversham and Rainham.

Their aim is to meet all levels of need; from those requiring a small amount of home care to maintain their independence, to supporting individuals with more complex disabilities requiring neuro-rehabilitation or 24-hour nursing residential care.

They believe in independence, well-being and choice, and promote these ideals throughout their care services, enabling people to live life the way they choose.

I've known about Strode Park all my life and I feel that this is a very worthwhile charity therefore I would like to raise some much needed funds for them.

Starting on the 1st March 2023 I will be participating in the million step challenge, hoping to walk a million steps in 3 months.
