Story
my Granddaughter got diagnosed with kidney cancer two years ago at the age of just four years old, she went through a full year of chemotherapy. She’s now doing amazing getting stronger every day. I just wanted to raise some money for young lives vs cancer charity to say a massive thank you for the help and support they gave my family. I will jump 12th July 2026 🫶🏼
When a child is diagnosed with cancer, life changes in an instant — filled with fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming challenges for both the child and their family. Fear of treatment, fear of families being torn apart, and the crushing weight of financial worries can feel unbearable. But at Young Lives vs Cancer, we stand alongside these brave families, helping them find the strength to face whatever cancer throws their way.
Every day, 12 more children and young people receive the devastating news that they have cancer. This is why I am taking part in the Skyline Skydive 2026 in July 2026 — to raise vital funds for Young Lives vs Cancer. Through this skydiving challenge, I hope to inspire others to join me in supporting these courageous young lives.
We can face it all together — but we cannot do it without your help. Please support my fundraising efforts by donating towards our target of £1,000. Your generosity will provide essential care, support services, and hope to families when they need it most. To learn more or contribute, please visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk.
