Peter Woodmansey loved all things sport, especially football.

After as successful football match last year, we have decided to host this charity match again in Peter's memory, whilst also raising money for such an excellent charity, Candlelighters.

Candlelighters are a Yorkshire-based charity, who help hundreds of families who have children suffering with cancer, just like they did for the Woodmansey's.

This match is between Bootham Old Scholars and Wigginton Grasshoppers.

The match will take place on Sunday 26th March 2023 at Bootham Junior School with a 2pm kick off.

No tickets required, instead we asking for donations to this page.

We hope to see as many of you there at this match as possible.
