Myself and Ross are running the Leeds half Marathon on Sunday 11th May to raise money for W-ise Charity in Wetherby that Support the Elderly. This Charity helps to improve quality of life for the over 60s by providing community based activities, information, help and support.

The money will go towards a vehicle which will enable them to continue to cut the grass of older residents, still living at home to help them with their independence and the ability to live independently.

The vehicle would be used to transport the young people who support the scheme, the scheme manager and the gardening equipment.

In addition, this will go towards securing dementia sessions, supporting people living with dementia and their families.
