Last year I was inspired by Kevin Sinfield and Rob Burrows (former Leeds Rhinos teammates) to support the MND Association and raise money for the charity. If you get chance to read Kevin Sinfields autobiography or watch the documentaries of the Extra Mile or 7 in 7ultras I really would recommend. The love for a friend and helping the wider MND community - are truly inspiriing. I wanted to run Lands End to John O Groats for a long time but was never able to take the time off work to do this. I took part in a Virtual Challenge that tracked my progress from Lands End to John O Groats. It was 1084 miles. i completed this in 200 days. My next challenge was to walk/run 5000miles for MND and I aimed to do this in 500days - averaging 10 miles a day.
