Story
We have set ourselves the challenge of doing yoga every day in January! Not only that, throughout January we will be learning more about yoga and speaking to others in the Yoga and MS communities about why they do it and how it helps.
We are undertaking this challenge:
1) for our own health and wellbeing
2) to raise awareness of how yoga can help with our physical and mental health
3) to raise funds for the Solent MS Therapy Centre, who provide not only therapies, but also a supportive community space for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
