Story
When stroke strikes ....
Part of your brain shuts down and so does a part of you. Strokes cause 75% of UK disability and kill 1 in 4. Life can change instantly and recovery is tough. However, the brain CAN adapt.
the video is hard hitting , but so true. Due to FAST work by my family I was able to bounce back. Others are less fortunate, so please help me to help those coping with "life after stroke".
With the courage and determination of the stroke community, the Stroke Association offers specialist support, research and campaigning and it’s only possible through donations and support.
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will."
