Hi,

I'm Scarlett, 9 years old and about to become a SUPERHAIRO!

I've been growing my hair for a while now and have decided i'd like to cut it all off and donate it to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that aims to ‘give hair and hope to children and young people by providing real hair wigs and funding vital research into childhood cancers’. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

On Friday 25th July i'll be heading to the hairdressers to have at least 10 inches chopped off and my donated hair will be used to create wigs for children and young people undergoing chemotherapy treatment following a cancer diagnoses. It costs £700 to provide a child with a wig, so I'll be FUNdraising to help donate as much money as i can. I'm having a cake sale at my school on Friday 18th July so please come and buy a delicious cookie or cake from me, or if you'd like to donate via my just giving link i'd think that was pretty awesome too!
