Story
I'm taking on the Great North Run for the very first time, and I couldn't be more excited. I've always loved setting myself new challenges, and this is such a special opportunity to push myself further than I ever have before. What makes it even more meaningful is being able to run for the NSPCC. Knowing that every mile I complete will help raise money to support children who need protection, care and hope gives me even greater motivation. This isn't just about crossing the finish line for myself - it's about making a real difference, and I feel incredibly proud to represent such an important cause.
I'm going to take on a world first and be the first DJ on the planet to take on the GNR whilst DJing live in my mobile DJ system! I'm using a Sounboks Bluetooth speaker (claimed as the worlds loudest Bluetooth speaker) with OMNIS-DUO portable all in one DJ system strapped to a harness with a GoPro pole and Iphone to livestream.
I wanted to do something unique for the GNR that's in line with me as a person so this is perfect.
Anyone support and donations you are able to give would mean the world to not only me, but to the children we help protect.
The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.
Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuse
That’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood.
