I will be taking on the famous SAS Fan Dance which is a gruelling 24km test March over Pen y Fan carrying 25lbs plus food and water.

I am taking on this challenge to raise awareness and help raise funds for Veterans & Families that suffer from PTSD & Mental Health issues along with suicide prevention.

Pen y Fan is the highest peak in South Wales, situated in Brecon Beacons National Park at 886 metres above sea-level.The infamous March is the world’s oldest Special Forces test.

I will also be doing this challenge in memory of Chris Warley who sadly took his own life. I had the privilege serving with Chris in East Tyrone and Bosnia within the British Army.

Chris served with The 1st Battalion The Prince Of Wales's Own Regiment Of Yorkshire and the 2re French Foreign Legion.
