Hi, my name is Jack and I'm fundraising for a 12 month volunteering placement in South Africa with Project Trust. During my placement I will be volunteering at an outdoor centre that does outdoor education and activities for free for young people aged 6-18 who wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity.

Before I go, I need to raise £7,450 for Project Trust to cover return flights, medical insurance, accommodation and living costs at my placement. I'm working as a lifeguard over the summer to cover some of the cost but I'll need your help to raise it all.

Project Trust is an educational charity with almost 60 years of experience in international volunteering, organising 8-12 month placements for young people aged 18-25. They work with international partners to provide meaningful placements where volunteers make a measurable impact and do not take work away from qualified local people.
