We are a team from Specsavers Stafford, taking on a 10k run on 20th September 2026 to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. Through our work, we helped with the diagnosis of a brain tumour in a three‑year‑old little girl called Harper. That experience led us to Birmingham Children’s Hospital and opened our eyes to the vital, life‑saving care they provide every single day.

Thanks to the incredible teams at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Harper is now doing much better and has proudly rung the bell to mark the end of her treatment — an amazing milestone and something we are all so grateful to celebrate with her and her family.

Seeing first‑hand the difference this hospital makes inspired us to give something back. By running this 10k together, we hope to help raise funds so Birmingham Children’s Hospital can continue supporting children and families through the most difficult moments of their lives.
