On 27th March 2016, my life changed in an instant when I suffered a stroke completely out of the blue.

This year marks my 10th Stroke Anniversary, and to mark this milestone I've set myself a challenge: to do 10 things during the year that push me outside my comfort zone.

My amazing colleagues at Strathearn Pest Control have decided to join me, and together we're taking on a team bungee jump at Highland Fling Killiecrankie to raise money for CHSS.

A stroke can change your life, but it doesn't have to define it. Life after a stroke isn't over. You can still challenge yourself, achieve incredible things, and keep moving forward. Never give up, and never stop fighting.
