Stuart Hopkins, Seniors Captain at the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club, has been playing golf for an incredible 70 years and, at 82, has committed his captaincy year to raising vital funds for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, who cared for his wife.

Stuart will kick off his fundraising year by Leaping for Lewis-Manning, taking on the Abseil Challenge on 6th March, descending 10 stories down an iconic Bournemouth landmark.

Raising money for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care in these uncertain times enables our clinical staff, who always go above and beyond, to care for families across East Dorset and Purbeck. They bring sunshine into patients lives during some of the most difficult times, providing exceptional care and support for people with a life-limiting illness, their carers and loved ones.
