I was due to ride in the Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool 50-mile charity ride, due to a family bereavement I was unable to complete this. Firstly, thank you so much for those that donated, it was a difficult decision to make.

To complete my annual cycling challenge, I am going to ride 100 miles through October to continue to raise money for the Brain Charity, as close friends and family have been impacted by injuries to the brain.

Please help me raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity.
