I am traveling to the Philippines to take part in meaningful charity work with Shaping Futures focused on empowering young adults who are eager to build a future in hairdressing. During my 2 weeks there, I will be sharing my skills, knowledge and industry experience to help these individuals gain practical training and confidence, opening doors to real career opportunities in the industry. My aim is not only to inspire creativity but also to provide a pathway towards independence and long-term success. The money raised through this effort will go directly towards purchasing essential equipment and tools, ensuring that these aspiring hairdressers have the resources they need to continue learning, practicing and growing even after the training has been completed.
