Hi, I’m Lauren!

I just quit my job to walk the entire 630 mile South West Coast Path for seals 🦭

I decided to take on this journey, not only to challenge myself, but to support a cause close to my heart - the British Divers Marine Life Rescue

They rescue injured marine animals all across the UK, and run the Cornwall Seal Hospital, where unwell or orphaned seal pups are rescued, rehabilitated and released from all over the South West Region.

Over 7 weeks, I’ll be hiking and wild camping the entire 630-mile trail, tackling over 35,000m of elevation gain - that’s four times the height of Mount Everest! ⛰️

There will be plenty of beautiful moments, but I know there’ll also be days where I’ll want to give up. Knowing it’s for these amazing seals will keep me going 💙
