Team Bluebell has been inspired by Mark Walker, a supporter from Worksop who has pledged to support Bluebell Wood and Together for Short Lives by completing over 100 Ice Dips! He has currently raised over £6,800 with even more money coming in.

On 20th December Mark will be bringing his Ice Barrel to Bluebell Wood where members of Team Bluebell will be jumping in (or shrieking in!)to raise money for the babies, children, young people and families we support.

At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes.

Our support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family; including overnight care, music therapy, counselling, sibling support groups, home visits and much more.

It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. Statutory funding makes up 16% of this amount and the rest is raised through fundraising.
