Story
My sister and I have never had a proper haircut. We only have ever cut our dead ends so we decided to cut our hair off for charity to make wigs and raise money.
Each wig cost £550 and as there is two of us our goal is £1100 for two wigs. Your generous donation and our hair could not only let children and young people gain their confidence and happiness when they need it most, it will change their lives.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
To make sure we reach our target of making a child or young person smile and be happy after a traumatic time, we are hosting an event where our hair will be cut. Before and after pictures will be added after the event.
If we break our goal of £1100 the rest of the money will of course go towards any other procedures like a professional wig fitting (£150) or even another wig!
We would be hugely grateful if you chose to donate weather it be £1 to £100. Every penny counts towards creating a brighter future to children and young people with cancer.
