Freeda exists to protect and empower women and children affected by abuse and seeks to eliminate Domestic Violence through awareness and education.

On Friday December 13th 2024, I managed to somehow get around the tens of thousands of cold and icy steps to help Freeda by completing the world's most southerly marathon: Antarctica!

With that event over, I will shortly close this particular fund-raiser but not before conveying my absolute gratitude to everyone who has supported me on this venture, especially from people I don't even know.

Support came in various ways not only financial; there was also emotional and practical support not least of all from one amazing gentleman at Jersey airport who got me off the island before the December storm came in.

Not sure yet when my next venture will be but I will support Freeda once again.

Any last minute donations are of course greatly appreciated.
