🏃‍♂️ I'm running 50km to support New Forest for Ukraine 🇺🇦

On 27th September, I’ll be taking on a huge personal challenge — running a 50km ultra marathon — to raise funds for New Forest for Ukraine, a charity that does vital work to support those affected by the war in Ukraine.

In 2023, I delivered vital aid to a frontline city in Ukraine. During my time there, I gained firsthand experience of the devastating realities of the war. While in Kyiv, I witnessed multiple missile and drone strikes, a stark reminder of the constant danger faced by civilians and responders alike. The resilience of the Ukrainian people left a deep impression on me, and the experience reinforced the urgent need for continued support and international solidarity.

New Forest for Ukraine provides essential aid — from medical supplies and food parcels to housing support for refugees — and they're making a real difference on the ground. The war might not always dominate the headlines anymore, but the need for support is as urgent as ever.
