Me and my friend Ross Whitaker will be running a Marathon in 7 Different Countries in 7 Days commencing the 7th March.

The Gameplan is this

Fortunately I live in South-West Poland, this means that we live nearby a variety of different nations with close borders. These countries in order will be…

- Slovakia🇸🇰

- Hungary🇭🇺

- Croatia🇭🇷

- Slovenia🇸🇮

- Austria🇦🇹

- Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Each day we will complete a full Marathon (42.2km) at a route that we plan beforehand is best. Once complete we will drive to the next country and stay the night, the next morning we will go again for another Marathon until we complete a loop back to Poland.

Our Condition

Both myself and Ross have been in good condition for the last 2-3 Years, running as a hobby with many sports throughout the year. Ross with the most experience in this type of challenge.

Obviously, this is an insane challenge and we won’t be aiming on hitting any PB’s. We’ve took interest and been inspired by The Hardest Geezer who currently is running the length of Africa. We’ll aim to preserve our energy, taking necessary breaks when needed, the priority is the Distance. We’ve training for endurance and setting our body for mileage above all.

What is Multiple Sclerosis (MS)?

Multiple Sclerosis is a life-long disease that to this date has NO CURE. This disease affects your brain, spinal cord, and the optic nerves in your eyes. It also causes problems with vision, balance and muscle control and other basic body functions.

So why Multiple Sclerosis Society?

My mum was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis before I was born, this impacted my mums life drastically over a course of 14 years. In which from my childhood, day by day I watched my mum slowly and slowly get weaker, many times I came back home from Primary School on her suffering on the floor unable to get up, with nothing I can do to help. This lasted until she was inevitably put in a wheelchair for many years relying on others to survive.
