West Highland Way - Non Stop · 21 June 2023

ANDYSMANCLUB facilitates groups where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their issues in a non judgmental environment through shared experiences. Groups run nationwide every Monday 7pm except bank holidays and are completely volunteer-led with no charge to any man.

Story

On the 21st June Kevin Woodward and Stuart MacKenzie are embarking on an incredible physical and mental challenge. The aim is to complete the 96 mile West Highland Way, from Milngavie to Fort William, non stop, through the night.

They’ll be setting off at 6am and hoping to arrive in Fort William at some point of the evening of 22nd June.

Kev and Stuart both attend Andy’s Man Club in Cowdenbeath, and have spent time working on their own mental health before supporting the club as volunteer facilitators.

Andy’s Man Club aims to save lives by giving men a safe place to go and talk. Our aim is to continue to reach that one man by opening more clubs, which your donations will support.

At present, 4500 men in the UK die from suicide every year, that’s one man every 2 hours. By expanding our network of clubs, we can continue to save lives.

Please give generously.
