The Challenge
Starting from the 1st October 2008, i will attempt to do 10000 reps each of Situps(crunches), Pressups and Squats in 31 Days. This works out to be 325 per day per exercise. Its a mighty challenge..but i am sure after having viewed my pic...i am well up for it....peak physical condition and all!!
To top it all off i will be doing a 10K run in Clapham...at the end of the month!
