The August London Almaghrib class was held at Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel - a beautiful location, right across from the river Thames. During a break in the schedule, Brother Habib Malik from Islamic Relief spoke to the 450 students, he had come straight from the airport. Having spent the last few days in Pakistan, seeing for himself the horrows of the recent floods, he gave us a moving account of Islamic Relief's work on the ground.

Struggling to find the words to express the enormity of the situation; he explained that he had just visited a camp were 6,000 displaced Muslims were sharing two toilets. We could see he was physically affected by everything he had witnessed.

Allah Subhana wa ta'ala will take care of these people. The question is, what will we do?
