Welcome to my page.
I am participating in the London 10 K, helping to raise funds to expand the services that Skanda Vale hospice in Carmarthenshire currently offers to people with life threatening illness.
The training for this event every year keeps me fit and the inspiration that I derive in doing that keeps me vibrant. It's a great cause and that's what keeps me going.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Skanda Vale Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
