Pam Jones (National Chairman) and Carol Neale of The British Polio Fellowship will be undertaking a Pentathlon over the summer, finishing on September 30th. 

Pam Jones  writes 'Two of the activities will challenge me physically – abseiling and sailing; one psychologically – horse riding (I only like horses when seen from afar!); another is a challenge of skill – a wheelchair course; and the last one is my reward – a death slide!

The money I raise will go to the British Polio Fellowship towards one of the Chairman’s Priorities – the campaign to raise awareness of post polio syndrome with health professionals.

 I am very grateful to the people who are helping me to complete this challenge. Carol Neale from the British Polio Fellowship made the arrangements and is doing the challenge with me; the Calvert Trust for providing the venue; and the Taste for Adventure Centre for the Death Slide.''
