Pam Wilner completed her head shave challenge this weekend at the Blind Veterans UK Open Day.  Pam works for the catering team at the Blind Veterans UK's Llandudno Centre.  "On a daily basis I am inspired by how our members learn and adapt in order to overcome one of the greatest losses an individual can face - sight loss. Loosing my hair to raise money for these courageous individuals is a small price to pay - after all my hair will grow back, their vision wont".

Clare Jones of Crimpers Hair Salon, Dwygyfylchi, shaved Pams head after raffle prize winner Nigel Jones got to cut off her lovely thick pony tail.  Clare will be sending this away to be used in the creation of wigs for cancer patients, so in effect Pam is helping two causes!
