The charity believes that people should have equal opportunities in education, work and in playing a full part in the community. They believe that support for the families and carers of people with a learning disability is vital to achieving their vision

Our personal message:

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. This year Voca and OneVu each have a team running in the Rickmansworth pancake. Both companies have supported the work of Watford Mencap in the past and this year we have managed to pull together a special group of runners who will be competing with other like-minded individuals holding a frying pan and a pancake while they run on Tuesday 20th February.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Mencap will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
