The P&H Fat Fighters are Marcus Blackburn, Mark Read, Steve Manning and Graham Cole, who have all decided to loose weight for Help for Heroes.  Each one of us has identified a sensible amount of weight to loose and will endeavour to loose this weight over the next few months, whilst raising as much money for this worth while charity.
