UPDATE: PARK LANE STABLES HELP FOR HEORES, 'HEROES' PARTY!
Last Friday we held a Heroes Party at the Teddington Town Sports Club in Bushy Park. Everyone dressed as their hero; some super, some celebrity and some amazing inspirational family members. Park Lane Stables would like to thanks everyone that came along and bought raffle tickets, dressed up, danced the night away and gave up their time to make the evening such a huge success.
We would also really like to thank all of the local business in Teddington that donated some amazing raffle prizes, we would not have been able to raise such a fantastic amount without you. Thank you to Warren and his team at the Teddington Town Sports Club for giving up their time on the evening to open the bar and for giving us the use of such a great venue for free!
We had a wonderful time and raised over £500 on the night for Help for Heroes so thank you all once again, we really do appreciate it!

What's the charity all about?
Help for Heroes raises money to help seriously wounded servicemen and women and their families cope with everyday life once they return from Afghanistan and Iraq.
This fantastic charity is trying to raise a staggering 20 Million pounds to create several Personnel Recovery Centres across the UK. These centres will help service personnel to make the swiftest possible return to duty, or smoothest transition to an appropriately skilled and supported civilian life.
Park Lane Stables Needs YOU!
We are entering a team into the Horses 4 Heroes Ride. This unique event starts at Ascot Race course on Saturday 10th July 2010 and will be the largest charity ride ever, with over 2000 horses taking part!
We need to raise £500 each or £1500 in total by the 31st March 2010 - so we haven't got long!
This is your chance to directly help the brave men and women in our Armed Forces, that unquestioningly put their lives on the line every day. Please give whatever you can, every penny really will count.
