I am running in the Flora London Marathon 2009 for Arthritis Care - a charity that I feel very strongly about.

I needed to get to £1,500 to cover my golden bond! I am overjoyed to have achieved my initial target, with some weeks left to the marathon it would be great to get even more!

Many thanks everyone who has given so generously in these times.

My aim is to finish the Marathon in around 3 hours and 54 minutes (around the 9 minute mile pace).
