Schools from across the UK and around the world have teamed together to create a special video for Sport Relief. We've managed to pass a ball around the world and involved a few famous people along the way.  You might even spot a few Premier League stars in there too...

The video shows the power of people coming together, all playing their part to contribute towards making something special. Let's raise a special amount for Sport Relief 2016.
