Gina and Tom Bannister are taking part in a self designed triathlon called 'PAT-ATHLON'. This will consist of a 17.5 mile cycle, 9 mile row and finished with a 13.5 mile run all through the countryside of Pembrokeshire. 

On Sunday 25th May 2014 we will undertake this 40 mile challenge. We decided to create our own triathlon after our gran (Pat) was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a quick diagnosis and has recieved great treatment which can be attributed towards the hard work done by charities such as Breast Cancer Campaign. For this reason we would like to raise £2000 with your help so that other women can be a superstar survivor just like our gran!
