Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So four months after breaking my elbow,  still unable to straighten it and in the vestiges of old age and a very cranky back i'm going to try and row 6.5Km in just 30mins for the Irish Cancer society.

I haven't rowed as much as 500meters since July because of my arm, i've never rowed for more than 5 mins but I'm going to bust by b@lls to try and hit my target.

Irish Cancer Society is a brilliant charity and absolutely everyone's lives have been touched by cancer in some way so please give generously.
