For those you who know me you'll know what a huge part of our family Jamie was.  Known as our surrogate son and Sam's best friend, we lost a huge part of our lives when Jamie died.   On Sunday, 12th October, I shall be taking part in the Commando Challenge as part of "Team Essence", to raise money for "Help for Heroes" in memory of Jamie.  I'd be grateful for any support, no matter how small.
