On July 6th I'll be running the Asics London 10 K run to raise money for the Heritage of London Trust. They are a small charity but do a great deal to help local community groups to repair and restore their historic buildings. While these buildings are a unique part of our cultural heritage, they also provide local communities with facilities and spaces to use and enjoy - ranging from breakfast clubs for school children to social services for the disabled and elderly.
