<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">So after being in the macmillan cheer squad for the london marathon 09, I was inspired to start running myself so here I am, looking forward to lining up with thousands of others with the words of Ann Trason (ultra marathon runner) ringing in our ears "<span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; font-size: 8.5pt;">Running hurts up to a point and then it doesn't get any worse."</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I will keep updating as training fully gets underway, I have the Stebbing 10 (mile) race next weekend which should be a good measure of how much work there is to do - watch this space !</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">14/11/10 - Stebbing 10 done in 1 hr 18 mins, last year was 1 hr 33 so pretty happy with that.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Really proud to be running for Macmillan they do so much for people living with cancer all I have to do is run 26 miles and all you have to do is donate money !</span></p>
