The purpose of this 1-day charity event is to visit and review family owned and Real Ale pubs in Rugby and surrounding villages.  We love proper pubs that do great beer and delicious homemade food and have noticed there is very little information on the Web showcasing such pubs in the area.

Our aim is to visit 20 pubs in and around Rugby that are family / independently owned and write a review about them on the major pub / ale websites aswell as creating our own blog.

In return, we aim to raise at least £200 for a fantastic local charity called the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. WNAA was established in 2003 and exists to provide a HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service) to the counties of Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and the Milton Keynes area.  For more info, visit their website at: http://www.wnaa.co.uk 

We will raise the money by asking for small donations from the pub landlords, staff and punters... plus anyone else that wants to support the cause with a small donation!
