hi all , two years ago, during my 53rd year my daughter asked me if i fancied doing a cycle ride for charity, i had not sat on a bike for 40 years, we chose the London to Paris with the Royal British Legion, after 4months training we both managed to do the 460km and have the most incredible time with a fantastic group of like minded people but more than that we managed to raise lots of money for this very hard working charity.Now, slightly more experienced, i would like to do the run again and raise some more funds, Everybody was very supportive and generous last time and i hope this time, you will see your way to donate a little to this vital charity, Thanking you all in advance paul hayes
