Hi  my names Paul Slater 

 Im a young ,good looking lad getting fitter and fitter re the training I am doing to raise funds for the HMO house I work in at Rankine Street in  Dundee .

I am in training for the Glasgow to Edinburgh ultra marathan which is 56 miles .

I have ran marathons in the past however this is a biggy for me ,a massive challenge

.My biggest achievment  to date has been finnishing 2nd in the Dundee marathon but I  have never ran an ultra race , so this is completely out of my comfort zone.

I am in no  doubt that I will suffer a blister or two or three or four ..... but with all your support it will definitely be  worth

the agony if I can make a difference via the fund raising it.

To all you guys who keep offering me crisps,cakes and biscuits at the moment I must decline because of my training ,I will gladly accept the sponser money instead [ after the race I will accept all offers of goodies ha ha ha]
