Rotherham Rotterdam · 17 March 2013

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

The funds that were raised, following last year's ride, really made a difference. A Big Thank You and Cheers to all those who contributed.

There was a suggestion that this year's route could be the popular  London to Paris. This did not appear to be very 'Yorkshire orientated', so Rotherham Rotterdam was devised. The itinery includes Scunthorpe, Hull, ferry to Zeebrugge, Rotterdam. Returning via Amsterdam, ferry to Newcastle, and then train back to South Yorkshire.

This time we will be starting off in style, thanks to the award winnning Rotherham United Community Sports Trust, from the New York Stadium.

So, on Friday 10th May at 10.30am please come along, on your bike if you like, and join us for the start of this 250 mile (at least!) International Cycling/Camping mini Adventure.
