Abseil transporter bridge 2009 · 6 December 2009

Zoe's Place is a home from home for babies/infants who have life limiting and life threatening conditions. Zoe's Place offers palliative, specialist respite, and end of life care for infants from birth to five years old. We receive very little funding and therefore rely on donations/fundraising.

Story

Hi all,

Anybody who knows me knows i like a challenge or two.  So as heights are not my favourite thing, I thought it would be cool (literally) to abseil down Middlesbrough's iconic transporter bridge (as made famous by Auf Wiedersehen Pet) in the middle of winter.  This is in aid of Zoe's charity which supports babies who are terminally ill or have life limiting illnesses. So please give generously

regards,

Paul
